Today I arrived on site to perform a winter time maintenance on your HVAC equipment. Indoor Unit (Air Handler in Crawl Space): Observed the indoor unit to be in fair condition. Verified the pleated 1" filter is 20x20x1. Observed the indoor coil to be in fair condition. Outdoor Unit (Heat Pump on Side of House): Observed the outdoor coil to be in fair condition. Electrical Components: Tested and confirmed the following components are working within manufacturer specifications: Blower Motor Heat Strip Kit Condenser Fan Motor Compressor Blower Run Capacitor Compressor Run Capacitor Fan Run Capacitor Contactor Electrical Wiring System Components: Inspected and confirmed the following components are in good working condition: Blower Wheel Primary Drain Pan Electrical Wires Secured Ductwork System Readings & Adjustments: Measured a return air temperature of 67.0°F and a supply air temperature of 106.0°F. Cleared the condensate drain line. Cleaned out the primary pan and tested the safet
