Today I arrived on site and performed a winter time maintenance on your HVAC equipment. **Indoor Unit (Air Handler in Attic):** * Replaced the accordion filter (size 401). * Observed the indoor coil to be in fair condition. **Outdoor Unit (Heat Pump on Side of House):** * Observed the outdoor coil to be in fair condition. * Verified proper operation of the condenser fan motor, compressor, blower run capacitor, compressor run capacitor, fan run capacitor, heat strip kit, contactor, defrost control board, and electrical wiring. * Confirmed the secondary and primary drain pans, and electrical wires are secured and in good condition. **System Checks:** * Measured a return air temperature of 69.0°F and a supply air temperature of 118.0°F. * Cleared the condensate drain line and tested the safety switch. * Confirmed the drain line is strapped. * Restored power to the units and tested thermostat operation.
