Today I arrived on site and performed a winter time maintenance on your HVAC equipment. Indoor Unit (Air Handler in Garage): Replaced the pleated 1" air filter (20x25x1). Customer provided spare filters. Confirmed indoor coil is clean. Outdoor Unit (Heat Pump on Side of House): Confirmed outdoor coil is clean. Verified proper operation of: Blower Motor Condenser Fan Motor Compressor Compressor Run Capacitor Fan Run Capacitor Compressor Start Capacitor Contactor Electrical Wiring Confirmed good condition of: Blower Wheel Primary Drain Pan Electrical Wires Secured System Checks: Return air temperature: 76.0°F. Supply air temperature: 101.0°F. Cleared condensate drain line and cleaned out primary pan. Tested safety switch. Confirmed drain line is strapped. Additional Actions: Dusted the thermostat.
