Today I arrived on site and performed a winter tune-up on the whole home system. **System Assessment:** * Observed the indoor unit in the crawl space and the outdoor unit in the back yard. * Determined the overall equipment condition to be fair. **Component Checks:** * Confirmed the pleated 1" filter was checked today. * Verified the condition of both indoor and outdoor coils as fair. * Tested and confirmed proper operation of the blower motor, condenser fan motor, compressor, blower run capacitor, compressor run capacitor, fan run capacitor, compressor start capacitor, contactor, and electrical wiring. * Inspected and confirmed the good condition and proper function of the blower wheel, secondary drain pan, primary drain pan, and secured electrical wires. * Confirmed the drain line is strapped. **System Readings:** * Recorded a return air temperature of 71.0°F and a supply air temperature of 100.0°F. **Condensate Drain Service:** * Cleared the drain line. *
