Today I arrived on site and performed a winter time maintenance on your HVAC equipment. Indoor Unit (Air Handler in Attic): Replaced the pleated 20x25x4 air filter. Observed the indoor coil to be in fair condition. Outdoor Unit (Heat Pump on Side of House): Observed the outdoor coil to be in fair condition. Verified proper operation of the blower motor, heat strip kit, condenser fan motor, compressor, blower run capacitor, compressor run capacitor, fan run capacitor, contactor, and electrical wiring. Confirmed the blower wheel, primary drain pan, electrical wires, and ductwork are in good working order. System Performance: Measured a return air temperature of 75.0°F and a supply air temperature of 100.0°F. Cleared the condensate drain line, cleaned out the primary pan, and tested the safety switch. Confirmed the drain line is strapped. Additional Actions: Checked the thermostat batteries and tested thermostat operation. Restored power to the units. Today I arrived on site and perf
