Today I arrived on site and performed a winter time maintenance on your HVAC equipment. **Indoor Unit (Air Handler in Attic):** * Observed the unit servicing the 1st floor is in fair condition. * Confirmed the indoor coil is clean and in fair condition. * Noted the filter size is 20x20x1, a pleated 1" filter. * Customer has spare filters and will replace them. **Outdoor Unit (Heat Pump on Side of House):** * Observed the outdoor coil is clean and in fair condition. **Electrical Components:** * Verified the blower motor, heat strip kit, condenser fan motor, compressor, compressor run capacitor, fan run capacitor, contactor, and electrical wiring are working within manufacturer's specifications. **System Components:** * Confirmed the blower wheel, primary drain pan, and electrical wires are secured and in good working order. **System Testing & Adjustments:** * Measured a return air temperature of 71.0°F and a supply air temperature of 104.0°F. * Cleared th
