12/31/2025- I arrived on site to find the unit to be vibrating heavily and not functioning due to the inducer draft motor assembly and fan blades rusting and breaking off. I brought up the price of repairs to the customer but due to the age of the unit they were curious of the price to replace the entire unit. I have sent over the information to the office and we will have someone contact them to discuss replacing the package unit. If the customer decides to not replace the unit then we will need approval to order the inducer draft assembly so we can order it. This unit is currently down in heat mode, waiting for the office to discuss pricing for a new package unit.
