Here's a summary of the work completed: **Unit Inspection & Condition:** * Indoor unit located in the garage/attic is in fair condition. * Outdoor unit located on the side of the house is in fair condition. * The indoor coil is in fair condition. **Electrical Components:** * Tested and confirmed the proper operation of the blower motor, condenser fan motor, compressor, blower run capacitor, compressor run capacitor, fan run capacitor, compressor start capacitor, contactor, and electrical wiring. **Component Inspection:** * Verified the good condition and proper function of the blower wheel, secondary drain pan, primary drain pan, and secured electrical wires. **Airflow & Temperature:** * Recorded a return air temperature of 70.0°F and a supply air temperature of 105.0°F. **Condensate Drain System:** * Cleared the drain line. * Cleaned out the primary and secondary drain pans. *
