Upon arrival, I found the customers heat pump split system, not heating properly due to the outdoor convincer being locked out from low pressure. I also found the thermostat low-voltage wires coming into the condenser were corroded and partially broken not making good contact. I sent an estimate for a wire repair. It was approved. I repaired the wires. Got the system to kick on to find it low on refrigerant I did not have the Freon on me so I returned the next day with some R 22 and put 2 pounds in and performed a electronic leak search to find the outdoor king valve is leaking along with the indoor evaporator Coil. The customer was not interested in an estimate for repairs. She decided to go with a new system install after topping the system off with refrigerant .
