Today I arrived on site and performed a winter time maintenance on your HVAC equipment. **Indoor Unit (Air Handler):** * Located in the garage. * Verified the indoor coil is clean and in fair condition. * Confirmed the blower wheel, primary drain pan, and electrical wires are secured and in good condition. * Checked the pleated 1" filter (20x25x1); customer will replace it. **Outdoor Unit (Heat Pump):** * Located on the side of the house. * Verified the outdoor coil is clean and in fair condition. * Tested and inspected the blower motor, heat strip kit, condenser fan motor, compressor, compressor run capacitor, fan run capacitor, contactor, and electrical wiring; all are working within manufacturer's specifications. **System Checks:** * Return air temperature: 72.0°F. * Supply air temperature: 96.0°F. * Cleared the condensate drain line and cleaned out the primary pan. * Tested the safety switch. * Confirmed the drain line is strapped. **Additional Actions:*
