Diagnostic/ System short cycling. I arrived and found error codes #4, 6, and 9 at the condenser EEV board, indicating a restriction and a failed suction line temperature sensor. I found that the system was under warranty and the repair parts were in stock. My estimate was approved so I replaced the EEV stepper motor, EEV control board, and suction line temperature sensor. I tested the system and it is now heating properly at this time. I am also going to have the office set up monthly billing and a maintenance plan. Thank you for your business.
