Today I arrived on site and performed a winter time maintenance on your HVAC equipment. **Maintenance Actions:** * Replaced the existing 20x20x4 pleated filter with a spare filter provided by the customer. * Cleared the condensate drain line. * Cleaned out both the primary and secondary drain pans. * Tested the safety switch. * Dusted the thermostat. * Restored power to the units. * Tested the thermostat operation. **Component Inspections:** * **Indoor Unit (Air Handler in Garage/Attic):** Noted the indoor coil is dirty and recommend a duct cleaning. The blower wheel is in poor condition. * **Outdoor Unit (Heat Pump on Side of House):** The outdoor coil is in fair and clean condition. * **Electrical Components:** Tested and inspected the blower motor, heat strip kit, condenser fan motor, compressor, blower run capacitor, compressor run capacitor, fan run capacitor, compressor start capacitor, contactor, and electrical wiring; all are working properly within manu
