Today I arrived on site and performed a winter time maintenance on your HVAC equipment. Indoor Unit Service: Located in the closet, the package unit services the whole home. Replaced the pleated 1" filter (20x20x1). Observed the indoor coil to be in fair condition. Outdoor Unit Service: The outdoor unit is a package unit. Observed the outdoor coil to be in fair condition. Electrical Components: Tested and inspected the blower motor, condenser fan motor, compressor, blower run capacitor, compressor run capacitor, fan run capacitor, contactor, and electrical wiring; all are working properly within manufacturer's recommended specifications. Component Inspection: Inspected the blower wheel, primary drain pan, electrical wires, and ductwork; all are in good condition and working properly. Confirmed the drain line is strapped. System Readings & Adjustments: Return air temperature: 71.0°F. Supply air temperature: 100.0°F. Cleared the drain line and cleaned out the primary pan. Checked th
