Today I arrived on site and performed a winter tune-up on the system. **Indoor Unit (Air Handler in Closet):** * Replaced the antimicrobial filter with a spare provided by the customer (20x30x1 and 16x16x1). * Confirmed the indoor coil is clean and in good condition. **Outdoor Unit (Heat Pump on Side of House):** * Verified the outdoor coil is in good condition. * Tested and confirmed proper operation of the blower motor, compressor, blower run capacitor, compressor run capacitor, fan run capacitor, contactor, defrost control board, and electrical wiring. * Inspected the blower wheel, heat exchanger, primary drain pan, and secured electrical wires; all are in good working order. **System Performance:** * Measured a return air temperature of 71.0°F and a supply air temperature of 94.0°F. * Cleared the condensate drain line and cleaned out the primary pan. * Tested the safety switch. * Confirmed the drain line is properly strapped. **Additional Actions:**
