Today I arrived on site and performed a winter time maintenance on your HVAC equipment. Indoor Unit (Air Handler): Located in the crawl space. Observed the indoor coil to be in fair condition. Verified the pleated 1" filter (20x20x1) needs replacement soon; customer will handle. Inspected the blower wheel, primary drain pan, electrical wires, and ductwork, all in good condition. Outdoor Unit (Heat Pump): Located on the side of the house. Observed the outdoor coil to be in fair condition. Tested and confirmed proper operation of the blower motor, heat strip kit, condenser fan motor, blower run capacitor, compressor, compressor run capacitor, fan run capacitor, compressor start capacitor, contactor, and electrical wiring. System Checks: Return air temperature: 70.0°F. Supply air temperature: 109.8°F. Cleared the condensate drain line and tested the safety switch. Confirmed the drain line is strapped. Restored power to the units and tested thermostat operation. Today I arrived on site
