Today I arrived on site and performed a winter time maintenance on your HVAC equipment. **Indoor Unit (Air Handler in Garage):** * Observed the unit to be in fair condition. * Confirmed the indoor coil is clean and in fair condition. * Noted the filter size is 12x12x2 and 20x20x2; the customer has spare pleated 1" filters and will replace them. **Outdoor Unit (Heat Pump on Side of House):** * Observed the unit to be in fair condition. * Confirmed the outdoor coil is clean and in fair condition. **Electrical Components:** * Verified proper operation and amperage within manufacturer specifications for: Blower Motor, Heat Strip Kit, Condenser Fan Motor, Compressor, Blower Run Capacitor, Compressor Run Capacitor, Fan Run Capacitor, Compressor Start Capacitor, Contactor, and Electrical Wiring. **System Components:** * Confirmed the following components are in good condition and working properly: Blower Wheel, Primary Drain Pan, Electrical Wires Secured, and Ductwork.
