Today I arrived on site and performed a winter time maintenance on your HVAC equipment. Air Filtration: Replaced the pleated 1" filters with the customer's spare filters. Filter size: (2) 14x20x1. Indoor Unit (Water Source in Crawl Space): Confirmed the indoor coil was clean. Outdoor Unit (Package Unit): Confirmed the outdoor coil was clean. Electrical Components (Tested and Working): Verified proper operation of the blower motor, condenser fan motor, compressor, compressor run capacitor, fan run capacitor, compressor start capacitor, contactor, and electrical wiring. Component Inspection (Good Condition): Confirmed the blower wheel, primary drain pan, and electrical wires were secured and in good condition. Condensate Drain System: Cleared the drain line and cleaned out the primary pan. Confirmed the drain line is strapped. Temperature Readings: Return air temperature: 77.0 Degrees Fahrenheit.
