Today I arrived on site and performed a winter time maintenance on your HVAC equipment. **Indoor Unit (Air Handler):** * Located in the closet on the 1st floor. * Indoor coil condition: Good. * Replaced the pleated 1" filter (20x20x1). **Outdoor Unit:** * Located on the side of the building. * Outdoor coil condition: Good. **Electrical Components (Tested and Working):** * Blower motor. * Condenser fan motor. * Compressor. * Contactor. * Electrical wiring. **Inspected Components (Good Condition):** * Blower wheel. * Secondary drain pan. * Primary drain pan. **Condensate Drain System:** * Cleared the drain line. * Cleaned out the primary pan. * Cleaned out the secondary pan. * Tested the safety switch. * Confirmed the drain line is strapped. **Other:** * Checked and replaced the batteries in the thermostat. **Temperature Readings:** * Return air temperature: 74.0°F. * Supply air temperature: 102.0°F. **Overall Equipment Condition:
