01/06/2026- I arrived on site to preform the wintertime one time tuneup. I found the outdoor unit coils to be dirty so I cleaned and cleared them to keep optimal airflow. I found the air filter to be dirty so I changed it with a customer provided 20x25x4 filter. I checked all the electrical equipment and found all to be working properly as well as pulling the correct amount of amperage. The only electrical component I found that was weak was the capacitor however it is still in the rated 10% rated margin, meaning that there is no need to replace it at this time due to it still within specifications. I have cleared and treated the condensate drain line, confirming that it is draining properly. I have confirmed that this system is heating, cooling, and operating properly at the time of service. The customer was curious about a different thermostat that has an auto feature, due to this I have emailed him a couple of estimates for this purpose.
