Today I arrived on site and performed a winter time maintenance on your HVAC equipment. Indoor Unit (Air Handler in Attic): Observed the overall condition as fair. Checked the pleated 1" filter (sizes 16x24 and 12x12). Observed the indoor coil condition as fair. Inspected the blower wheel, primary drain pan, electrical wires, and ductwork; all are in good condition and working properly. Tested and confirmed the blower motor, heat strip kit, blower run capacitor, and electrical wiring are working properly within manufacturer's specifications. Outdoor Unit (Heat Pump in Back Yard): Observed the outdoor coil condition as fair. Tested and confirmed the condenser fan motor, compressor, compressor run capacitor, fan run capacitor, and contactor are working properly within manufacturer's specifications. System Checks: Return air temperature: 67.0°F. Supply air temperature: 110.0°F. Cleared the condensate drain line and cleaned out the primary pan. Tested the safety switch; it is working. C
