Indoor Unit (Furnace): Located in closet, servicing the whole home. Checked the pleated 1" filter (16x25x1), noted its condition as fair. Condition of indoor coil is fair. Outdoor Unit (Straight Cool): Located in the back yard. Condition of outdoor coil is fair. Electrical Components: Tested and inspected: Blower Motor, Heat Strip Kit, Condenser Fan Motor, Compressor, Blower Run Capacitor, Compressor Run Capacitor, Fan Run Capacitor, Compressor Start Capacitor, Contactor, and Electrical Wiring. All are working properly within manufacturer's specifications. System Components (Good Condition): Inspected: Blower Wheel, Burners, Exhaust Flue, Heat Exchanger, Primary Drain Pan, Electrical Wires Secured, and Ductwork.
