01/27/2026- I arrived on site to find both units for the main service workshop to be down. The issue with the far side unit was that it was tripped on a low ambient temperature fault due to one of the filter doors having its screws wallowing out. This caused the door to fall off allowing the cold outside air to interfere with its heating process. I have re-secured and re-sealed this door and tested the unit. The unit is now functioning properly and heating correctly at the time of service. The near side unit was down due to a compressor thermal lockout on compressor #2. Due to this thermal lockout I am unable to test the electrical components properly since the unit will not attempt to start until the compressor has cooled down. Due to this I informed the manager that I was able to get the far side unit working but we would have to come back tomorrow to verify the issues with the near side unit. I have pulled the disconnect for the faulty unit to prevent any damage and to allow the the
