Today I arrived on site and performed a winter time maintenance on your HVAC equipment. **Indoor Unit (Air Handler in Garage):** * Observed the unit to be in fair condition. * Confirmed the indoor coil is clean and in fair condition. * Noted the filter size is 16x25x1. * Confirmed the customer has spare 1" pleated filters and will replace them. * Inspected the blower wheel, primary drain pan, and secured electrical wires; all are in good working condition. **Outdoor Unit (Heat Pump on Side of House):** * Observed the unit to be in fair condition. * Confirmed the outdoor coil is clean and in fair condition. * Tested and confirmed the blower motor, heat strip kit, condenser fan motor, compressor, compressor run capacitor, fan run capacitor, contactor, and electrical wiring are working within manufacturer specifications. **System Checks:** * Cleared the condensate drain line and cleaned out the primary pan. * Verified the drain line is strapped. * Measured a re
