Today I arrived on site and performed a winter time maintenance on your HVAC equipment. **Indoor Unit (Air Handler in Attic):** * Replaced the 16x20x1 pleated filter with a spare Respicare filter provided by the customer. * Observed the indoor coil to be in fair and clean condition. **Outdoor Unit (Heat Pump on Side of House):** * Observed the outdoor coil to be in fair and clean condition. * Tested and inspected the following electrical components, which are working properly: Blower Motor, Heat Strip Kit, Condenser Fan Motor, Compressor, Blower Run Capacitor, Compressor Run Capacitor, Fan Run Capacitor, Compressor Start Capacitor, Contactor, and Electrical Wiring. * Inspected the following components and found them to be in good working condition: Blower Wheel, Secondary Drain Pan, Primary Drain Pan, Electrical Wires Secured, and Ductwork. **Condensate Drain System:** * Cleared the drain line. * Cleaned out the primary and secondary pans. * Tested the safety swit
