Today I arrived on site and performed a winter time maintenance on your HVAC equipment. Unit Assessment: Observed the overall equipment condition as fair. The indoor unit is located in the garage/attic. The outdoor unit is located on the side of the house. The unit services the whole home. Filtration: The filter size is 20x30x1. The filtration type is Pleated 1". Customer declined filters and will provide their own. Component Inspections & Testing: The indoor and outdoor coils are in fair condition. Verified proper operation of the blower motor, heat strip kit, condenser fan motor, blower run capacitor, compressor, compressor run capacitor, fan run capacitor, contactor, and electrical wiring. Inspected the blower wheel, primary drain pan, electrical wires, and ductwork, and found them to be in good condition and working properly.
