Today I arrived on site and performed a winter tune-up on the system. **Indoor Unit (Attic Air Handler):** * Confirmed the unit is in good condition. * Replaced the pleated 1" filter (20x20x1). The customer has spare filters. * Checked the filter. * Verified the indoor coil is clean and in good condition. **Outdoor Unit (Back Yard Heat Pump):** * Confirmed the unit is in good condition. * Verified the outdoor coil is in good condition. **Electrical Components (Tested and Working):** * Blower motor * Compressor * Blower run capacitor * Compressor run capacitor * Fan run capacitor * Contactor * Electrical wiring **Inspected Components (Good Condition):** * Blower wheel * Heat exchanger * Secondary drain pan * Primary drain pan * Electrical wires secured * Ductwork **Condensate Drain System:** * Cleared the drain line. * Cleaned out the primary pan. * Cleaned out the secondary pan. * Tested the safety switch. * Confirmed the drain
