Today I arrived on site and performed a winter time maintenance on your HVAC equipment. Indoor Unit (Air Handler - Garage): Replaced the pleated 1" filter (20x20x1). Observed the indoor coil to be in fair condition. Outdoor Unit (Heat Pump - Side of House): Observed the outdoor coil to be in fair condition. Tested and inspected the following electrical components, which are working properly: Blower Motor Heat Strip Kit Condenser Fan Motor Compressor Blower Run Capacitor Compressor Run Capacitor Fan Run Capacitor Compressor Start Capacitor Contactor Electrical Wiring Inspected the following components, which are in good condition and working properly: Blower Wheel Primary Drain Pan Electrical Wires Secured Ductwork System Performance: Return air temperature: 71.0°F. Supply air temperature: 103.8°F. Cleared the condensate drain line and tested the safety switch. Confirmed the drain line is strapped. Additional Actions: Restored power to the units.
