Today I performed a winter time tune up on your HVAC equipment. Overall everything looked fair. I started by checking the difference in temperature between supply and return air. I observed a return of 80° while supply air was 105°F. Right where we want it. Outside I checked the operation of your compressor, condenser fan and their respective capacitor. Everything was within manufacturer specifications. The drain was pretty dirty, so I spent some extra time cleaning it up real good and treating it with chemical to prevent further Zooglea growth.
