Today I arrived on site and performed the following maintenance and service activities: **Indoor Unit (Air Handler):** * Located in closet, servicing the whole home. * Checked the pleated 1" filter (12x20x1). * Noted the indoor coil was dirty and brush cleaned it. **Outdoor Unit (Heat Pump):** * Located on the side of the house. * Observed the outdoor coil in fair condition. **Electrical Components:** * Tested and confirmed proper operation within manufacturer specifications for: * Blower Motor * Heat Strip Kit * Condenser Fan Motor * Compressor * Blower Run Capacitor * Compressor Run Capacitor * Fan Run Capacitor * Contactor * Electrical Wiring **System Components:** * Inspected and verified the good condition and proper function of: * Primary Drain Pan * Secondary Drain Pan * Electrical Wires Secured **Measurements:** * Recorded a return air temperature of 67.0 Degrees Fahrenheit.
