Today I arrived on site and performed a winter time maintenance on your HVAC equipment. **Indoor Unit (Air Handler):** * Verified the air handler is located in the closet. * Confirmed the unit services the whole home. * Observed the indoor coil is clean and in good condition. * Replaced the pleated 1" filter (18x18x1) with a spare the customer provided. **Outdoor Unit (Heat Pump):** * Verified the heat pump is located on the side of the house. * Observed the outdoor coil is clean and in good condition. **Electrical Components:** * Tested and confirmed the blower motor, heat strip kit, condenser fan motor, compressor, fan run capacitor, compressor run capacitor, contactor, and electrical wiring are working properly within manufacturer's specifications. **System Components:** * Inspected and confirmed the blower wheel, primary drain pan, and electrical wires are secured and in good working condition. **Condensate Drain System:** * Cleared the drain line. * C
