Today I arrived on site and performed a winter time maintenance on your HVAC equipment. **Indoor Unit (Air Handler):** * Located in the attic/garage. * Replaced the pleated 20x25x4 filter. * Observed the indoor coil to be in fair condition. **Outdoor Unit (Heat Pump):** * Located on the side of the house. * Observed the outdoor coil to be in fair condition. * Tested and inspected the blower motor, compressor, heat strip kit, condenser fan motor, blower run capacitor, compressor run capacitor, compressor start capacitor, contactor, electrical wiring, and defrost control board; all are working properly within manufacturer's specifications. * Inspected the secondary drain pan, primary drain pan, electrical wires (secured), and blower wheel; all are in good condition and working properly. **System Performance:** * Return air temperature: 69.0°F. * Supply air temperature: 94.0°F. * Cleared the condensate drain line and tested the safety switch. * Confirmed the dr
