Today I arrived on site and performed a winter time maintenance on your HVAC equipment. System Assessment: Determined the overall equipment condition to be fair. Located the indoor unit (Furnace) in the crawl space and the outdoor unit (Straight Cool) on the side of the house. Observed the indoor and outdoor coils to be in fair condition. Noted the filter size as 20x20 pleated 1". Customer will provide their own replacement filters. Electrical Components: Tested and confirmed the proper operation of the blower motor, inducer draft motor, condenser fan motor, blower run capacitor, compressor, compressor run capacitor, fan run capacitor, contactor, compressor start capacitor, furnace control board, and electrical wiring. Component Inspection: Inspected and verified the good condition and proper function of the blower wheel, burners, exhaust flue, heat exchanger, primary drain pan, secured electrical wires, and ductwork.
