Today I arrived on site and performed a winter time maintenance on your HVAC equipment. Indoor Unit (Air Handler in Attic): Observed the indoor unit to be in fair condition, servicing the upstairs area. Noted the filter size as 20x20, using a pleated 2-6" filter. Observed the indoor coil to be in fair condition. Inspected the blower wheel, primary drain pan, electrical wires, and ductwork, finding them in good working order. Outdoor Unit (Heat Pump on Side of House): Observed the outdoor coil to be in fair condition. Verified proper operation of the blower motor, heat strip kit, condenser fan motor, compressor, blower run capacitor, compressor run capacitor, fan run capacitor, contactor, and electrical wiring. System Checks & Maintenance: Measured a return air temperature of 66.0°F and a supply air temperature of 84.0°F. Cleared the condensate drain line, cleaned out the primary pan, and tested the safety switch. Confirmed the drain line is strapped. Dusted the thermostat, restored
