Today I arrived on site and performed a winter time maintenance on your HVAC equipment. Indoor Unit (Furnace): Located in the closet; serves the whole home. Replaced the pleated 1" filter (12x24x1). Observed the indoor coil to be in fair condition. Outdoor Unit (Straight Cool): Located in the back yard. Observed the outdoor coil to be in fair condition. Electrical Components (Tested and Working): Verified proper operation of the blower motor, inducer draft motor, condenser fan motor, and compressor. Confirmed blower run capacitor, compressor run capacitor, fan run capacitor, compressor start capacitor, contactor, and electrical wiring are within specifications. System Components (Inspected and Working): Confirmed proper condition and operation of the blower wheel, burners, exhaust flue, heat exchanger, primary drain pan, secured electrical wires, and ductwork.
