Today I arrived on site and performed a winter tune-up on the whole-home system. Here’s a summary of the work completed: **Filtration:** * Replaced the pleated 1" filter with a spare the customer had on hand. * Filter size is 18x22. **Coils:** * Condition of the indoor coil is fair. * Condition of the outdoor coil is fair. **Electrical Components (Tested and Working):** * Verified proper operation of the blower motor, condenser fan motor, compressor, blower run capacitor, compressor run capacitor, fan run capacitor, compressor start capacitor, contactor, and electrical wiring. **System Components (Inspected and in Good Condition):** * Confirmed the blower wheel, secondary drain pan, primary drain pan, and electrical wires are secured and in good working order. **Condensate Drain System:** * Cleared the drain line. * Cleaned out the primary and secondary pans. * Tested the safety switch. * Confirmed the drain line is strapped. **Measurements:** * Return air t
