Today I arrived on site and performed a winter tune-up on your system. Here’s a summary of the work completed: Indoor Unit (Garage Air Handler): Verified the unit is servicing the whole home. Washed the 16x25x4 washable filter. Confirmed the indoor coil is in good condition. Inspected and found the blower wheel and primary drain pan in good working order. Outdoor Unit (Side of House Heat Pump): Confirmed the outdoor coil is in good condition. Electrical Components: Tested and confirmed proper operation of the blower motor, heat strip kit, condenser fan motor, compressor, defrost control board, and electrical wiring. Condensate Drain System: Cleared the drain line. Cleaned out the primary pan. Tested the safety switch. Verified the drain line is strapped and secured. System Performance: Measured a return air temperature of 68.0°F and a supply air temperature of 98.0°F. Tested thermostat operations and restored power to the units. Overall: The system is currently working properly.
