Today I arrived on site and performed a winter tune-up on the system. The equipment is currently in good condition and operating properly. **Indoor Unit (Furnace):** * Located in the attic/garage. * Filter: 20x25x4 washable filter was checked and washed. * Indoor coil condition: Good. **Outdoor Unit (Straight Cool):** * Located on the side of the house. * Outdoor coil condition: Good. **Component Inspection:** * Inspected and found the following components in good working order: blower wheel, burners, exhaust flue, heat exchanger, secondary drain pan, primary drain pan, electrical wires secured, and ductwork. **Testing and Measurements:** * Carbon monoxide test: 0.00 PPM. * Return air temperature: 72.0°F. * Supply air temperature: 100.4°F. **Condensate Drain System:** * Cleared the drain line. * Cleaned out the primary and secondary pans. * Tested the safety switch. * Confirmed the drain line is strapped. **Additional Actions:** * Dusted the thermostat
