Today I performed a winter time tune up on your HVAC equipment. Overall everything looks to be in fair condition. I started by checking the difference in temperature between supply and return air. I observed a return of 71° while supply air was 117°F. Right where we want it. The filter was dirty and replaced today. Outside I checked the operation of the compressor, condenser fan and their respective capacitor. Everything was within manufacturer specifications. I finished up clearing the drain with the wet vac and treating the assembly with Viper drain treatment. Thank you for choosing
