Today I arrived on site and performed a winter time maintenance on your HVAC equipment. **Indoor Unit (Air Handler in Attic):** * Verified the overall condition is good. * Confirmed the filter is a pleated 20x20x4 and checked it today. * Observed the indoor coil is in good condition. **Outdoor Unit (Heat Pump on Side of House):** * Verified the outdoor coil is in good condition. * Tested and inspected the blower motor, condenser fan motor, contactor, and electrical wiring; all are working properly within manufacturer's specifications. **System Components:** * Inspected the blower wheel, primary drain pan, and electrical wires; all are secured and in good condition. * Cleared the condensate drain line and cleaned out the primary pan. * Tested the safety switch and confirmed the drain line is strapped. **Measurements & Adjustments:** * Recorded a return air temperature of 66.0 degrees Fahrenheit and a supply air temperature of 109.0 degrees Fahrenheit. * D
