Today I arrived on site and completed the following maintenance: **Indoor Unit (Package Unit, Furnace):** * Verified the unit is in good condition. * Confirmed the indoor coil is clean and in good condition. * Checked the pleated 1" filter (size 20x20x1). Customer will replace the filters themselves. * Serviced the whole home area unit. **Outdoor Unit (Side of House, Straight Cool, Package Unit):** * Verified the unit is in good condition. * Confirmed the outdoor coil is in good condition. * Tested and inspected electrical wiring, which is working properly. **System Components:** * Inspected the blower wheel, burners, exhaust flue, heat exchanger, primary drain pan, secured electrical wires, and ductwork; all are in good condition and working properly. * Tested for carbon monoxide; result was 0.00 PPM. * Measured a return air temperature of 72.0°F and a supply air temperature of 105.0°F. * Cleared the drain line and cleaned out the primary pan of the condens
