Today I performed a winter time tune up on your HVAC equipment. Overall everything looked good. I started by observing the startup of your furnace ensuring everything was working together. I then checked the difference in temperature between supply and return air. I observed a return air temp of 70° while supply air was 120°F. Right where we want it. The filter was checked and clean. Outside I noticed the dryer vent was next to the condenser, causing a good amount of lent to be sucked up in it. I used some chemical provided by the customer and hosed out the coil. I finished up treating the drain with chemical to prevent a clog. Thank you for choosing
