Today I arrived on site and performed a winter time maintenance on your HVAC equipment. **Indoor Unit (Furnace in Crawl Space):** * Replaced the 20x25 Respicare filter. * Confirmed the indoor coil was in fair and clean condition. **Outdoor Unit (Straight Cool in Back Yard):** * Verified the outdoor coil was in fair and clean condition. **Electrical Components:** * Tested and confirmed proper operation of the blower motor, condenser fan motor, inducer draft motor, compressor, compressor run capacitor, fan run capacitor, contactor, and electrical wiring. **System Components:** * Inspected and confirmed the blower wheel, primary drain pan, electrical wires, and ductwork were in good condition and working properly. * Verified the condensate drain line is strapped. **Testing & Adjustments:** * Tested for carbon monoxide; reading was 0.00 PPM. * Measured a return air temperature of 72.0 degrees Fahrenheit and a supply air temperature of 107.0 degrees Fahrenheit. *
