Today I performed a winter time tune up on your HVAC equipment. Overall everything looked good. I started by checking the difference in temperature between supply and return air. I observed a return of 70° while supply was 50°F. Right where we want it. The filter was checked and looked good. The evaporator coil was chemically cleaned today Outside at checked the operation of the compressor, condenser fan and their respective capacitor. Everything was within manufacturer specifications. The condenser was hosed out today. I finished up clearing the drain with a gallon of water. Thank you for choosing
