Today I arrived on site and performed a winter time tune up on your system, and it is working properly at this time. **Filtration:** * Replaced the 20x25x5 pleated filter in the attic air handler, using the customer's spare filters. **Electrical Components:** * Tested and inspected the blower motor, heat strip kit, condenser fan motor, compressor, blower run capacitor, compressor run capacitor, contactor, defrost control board, and electrical wiring. All are working properly within manufacturer's specs. * Found the condenser fan motor run capacitor out of factory range. **Component Inspection:** * Inspected the blower wheel, ductwork, secured electrical wires, primary drain pan, and secondary drain pan. All are in good condition and working properly. **Condensate Drain System:** * Cleared the drain line, cleaned out the primary and secondary pans, and tested the safety switch. * Confirmed the drain line is strapped. **Temperature Readings:** * Return air tempera
