Today I performed a winter time tune up on your HVAC equipment. Overall everything was within fair condition. I started off checking the difference in temperature between return and supply air. Return was observed at 72° while supply was 50°. Right where we want it. The filter was replaced today free of charge. Outside I checked the operation of the compressor, condenser fan and their respective capacitor. Everything was within manufacturer specifications. The condenser coil was very dirty and stopped up. The customer purchased a chemical cleaning. NuBrite was used at 6:1 dilution. I finished up by treating the drain assembly with Viper drain treatment. Thank you for choosing
