Today I arrived on site and performed a winter tune-up on the system. Here's a summary of the work completed: **System Overview** * Equipment condition is fair. * Indoor unit is located in the closet. * Outdoor unit is located on the side of the house. * The unit services the whole home. **Filtration** * The system uses a pleated 2-6" filter. * Checked the filter, customer has spare filters and will replace it themselves. * Filter size is 213. **Coils** * Indoor coil condition is fair. * Outdoor coil condition is fair. **Electrical Components (Working Properly)** * Blower motor, condenser fan motor, compressor, blower run capacitor, compressor run capacitor, fan run capacitor, compressor start capacitor, contactor, and electrical wiring were tested and inspected, and are working properly within manufacturer's specifications. **Component Inspection (Good Condition)** * Blower wheel, secondary drain pan, primary drain pan, and electrical wires secured were insp
