Coil Condition: * Indoor coil is in fair condition. * Outdoor coil is good but was dirty. Electrical Components: * Inducer draft motor, electrical wiring, and furnace control board tested and are functioning properly within manufacturer specs. * No components were found to be malfunctioning. System Inspection: * Blower wheel, electrical wires, primary and secondary drain pans, heat exchanger, exhaust flue, and burners inspected and in good condition. * No components were found in poor condition.
