Today I arrived on site and performed a winter time maintenance on your HVAC equipment. **Maintenance Actions:** * Replaced the air filters with the customer's spare filters (sizes 20x25x1 and 12x12x1). * Cleared the condensate drain line. * Cleaned out the primary and secondary drain pans. * Tested the safety switch. * Dusted the return grills and thermostat. * Tested the thermostat operations. **Equipment Inspection:** * Indoor unit (Air Handler in closet): Noted the indoor coil is in fair and clean condition. * Outdoor unit (Heat Pump on side of house): Noted the outdoor coil is in fair and clean condition. * Verified the condensate drain line is connected and strapped down. * Inspected and confirmed the following components are in good condition and working properly: Blower Wheel, Primary Drain Pan, Secondary Drain Pan, Electrical Wires Secured, Ductwork. **Electrical Components:** * Tested and confirmed the following electrical components are working pr
