Today I arrived on site and performed a winter time maintenance on your HVAC equipment. Here's a summary of the work completed: System Assessment: Observed the overall equipment condition as fair. Confirmed the indoor unit is an air handler located in the closet, servicing the whole home. Verified the outdoor unit is a heat pump located in the back yard. Noted the indoor and outdoor coils are in fair condition. Component Testing & Inspection: Confirmed the blower motor, heat strip kit, condenser fan motor, compressor, blower run capacitor, compressor run capacitor, fan run capacitor, contactor, and electrical wiring are operating within manufacturer specifications. Inspected the blower wheel, primary drain pan, electrical wires, and ductwork; all are in good working order. Maintenance Actions: Cleared the condensate drain line and cleaned out the primary pan.
