Today I arrived on site and performed a winter time tune up on the system, which is currently working properly. **Indoor Unit (Air Handler):** * Confirmed the air handler is located in the closet and services the whole home. * Verified the indoor coil is clean and in good condition. * Replaced the pleated 16x20x4 filter. * The customer does not have spare filters and requested we provide additional filters for a charge. **Outdoor Unit (Heat Pump):** * Confirmed the heat pump is located in the back yard. * Verified the outdoor coil is in good condition. * Tested and inspected the following electrical components, which are working properly within manufacturer's specifications: blower motor, compressor, blower run capacitor, compressor run capacitor, fan run capacitor, contactor, defrost control board, and electrical wiring. * Inspected the blower wheel, heat exchanger, primary drain pan, and electrical wires, confirming they are secured and in good condition. **C
